•Primeiro abra a foto e selecione com o polígono a área que deseja limpar

•Depois de selecionar vá em filtro > efeitos visuais> mancha artística

•Agora oculte a seleção e corriga as bordas deixadas pela mancha artística com a ferramenta de borrar, ( o dedinho na caixa de ferramentas ai ao lado ó)
